DEALER + REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE: A Dealer may not consider their space reserved until tables and memberships are paid for in full.
CONVENTION MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO BOOK SPACE IN THE DEALER’S ROOM.
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES, WHICH INCLUDE DEALERS’ ROOM PRESENCE, ADVERTISING SPACE, PARTY ROOM ACCESS, AND ADDITIONAL PERKS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE COMING WEEKS.
If you are interested in selling or exhibiting in the Dealers’ Room at World Horror Convention 2011 (WHC) prices are as follows (All dollar amounts are US and cover the entire weekend):
• 1st table and membership — $200 ($110 for table + $90 for membership)
• Additional table — $95
• Additional table plus additional membership — $185
We are offering a special “Dealer’s Badge” discount membership of $95.00 until April 1, 2011. You can purchase one discounted Dealer’s Badge for every table booked and paid for.
Each table is 6 feet long x 2.5 feet deep. The space is limited. As a consequence, tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with all payments due in advance. In the event that all the tables sell out prior to the event, we will keep a waiting list in the eventuality of any dealers canceling at a later date.

DEALERS’ ROOM DATES AND TENTATIVE OPENING HOURS
The dates and hours are subject to change before the convention date, but are projected to be as follows:
Thursday, April 28 — Noon to 8 pm (set-up)
Friday, April 29 — 10 am to 6 pm (open to close)
Saturday, April 30 — 10 am to 6 pm (open to close)
Sunday, May 1 — 10 am to 4.00 pm (open to close)
PLEASE NOTE: The Lobby area of the convention will feature a “Promotional Pit,” where various conventions, organizations, small press publishers and fan groups will have tables set out promoting their wares free of charge. MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE SOLD AT THESE TABLES – FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ONLY. However, be aware that these tables (unlike those in the Dealers’ Room) will have to be broken down during the evenings and the merchandise stored in a secure location. Any fan groups, publishers, or individuals that would like to reserve space in this area should contact the Dealers’ Room Chair Joe McKinney at dealers@whc2011.org for further information. Thank you.
REFUND POLICY:Table purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred. Whenever possible we will assist vendors in finding interested parties to assume pre-purchased tables. All financial matters regarding this transfer are the responsibility of the vendor parties, not the World Horror Convention or its committee.
